Overview

Once the survey window has closed (5pm in the time zone you nominated), your results are immediately available to access.

All results are presented using the 5 point rating scale (running from 1 to 5).

• 5 = Excellent
• 4 = Strong
• 3 = Satisfactory
• 2 = Fair
• 1 = Poor

On the Home page, use the Search box to locate the active evaluation you want to monitor.

Click the Results button, found at the bottom of the evaluation card.

Overall Rating

The overall rating is the average score of all the questions asked.

The color is based on the overall score and uses the bands below.

You are also provided a "star rating" using this score.

Question Ratings

The next step is to dig a little deeper, and review the average rating for each question.

These are the average scores from all the participants who submitted ratings.

Participant Ratings

You are also able to see the overall ratings that each participant provided.

This is the average score of all the questions that each participant answered.

Please note that if a question was answered as "Not Applicable", then that rating does not contribute in any way to the scores at any level.

One you have finished, click the <- Back button (top left of page) to return to the Home page.
