Overview

Once the survey window has closed (5pm in the time zone you nominated), the comments that participants provided are immediately available to access.

The scores associated with comments are presented using the 5 point rating scale (running from 1 to 5).

• 5 = Excellent
• 4 = Strong
• 3 = Satisfactory
• 2 = Fair
• 1 = Poor

Comments button

On the Home page, use the Search box to locate the active evaluation you want to monitor.

Click the Comments button, found at the bottom of the evaluation card.

Areas of Strength & Needs Improvement

The comments for these two open-ended questions are grouped together, and listed for each participant.

The overall rating for the participant is provided to give more context to their answer.

Use the Areas of Strength to congratulate the supplier and give them encouragement where they are performing well.

Use the Needs Improvement to build an action plan to "shift the needle".
