Define the engagement
An engagement is a project or time period for which you want to measure the performance of the supplier. As examples, you may want to run a pulse check during a project, a wrap-up survey at the end of an engagement, or collect information for all work performed of a specific time period (e.g. last quarter).
- Do you work on the client or supplier side?
- Enter the client and supplier names.
- Select the type of service provided.
- Enter the engagement name.
- Select the "Free" or "Basic" plan.
Click the -> Next button to save the engagement details.
Set the survey open and close dates
Set the key dates you want the survey to run for. Email notifications are sent to your participants notifying them that the survey is open and closed. They will also receive email reminders if they have not submitted feedback.
- Select the open date (opens at 9am that day)
- Select the close date (closes at 5pm that day)
- Select the time zone
Click the -> Next button to save the survey timeline.
Add the participants
Enter the details for each participant. You can also copy-and-paste the list from an application like Excel or Google Sheets.
- Add each email address.
- Make sure you click hit the Enter key after each participant.
Click the -> Next button to save the list of participants.
