The application takes care of that for you.

On the open date, at 9 a.m. in the time zone you nominated, email invitations will be sent to your participants.

During the period your survey is open (a maximum of two weeks), you can log in at any stage to check progress.

Those participants who have not yet submitted their feedback are listed so you can give them a nudge.

They will also be sent reminder emails.

On the close date, at 5 p.m. in your nominated time zone, the survey closes and you will receive a notification email that your results are ready to review.
