The supplier delivered a solution or service that met performance and quality standards. e.g. speed, reliability, security, and usability.
 
  • Project Management
The supplier provided strong project management capabilities including planning, coordination, risk management, and task management.
 
  • Changes & Issues
The supplier effectively handled unexpected changes or issues that arose during the project, demonstrating adaptability and problem-solving abilities.
 
  • Training & Support
The supplier provided effective training and technical support during and after the project, and in line with the service levels.
 
  • Communication & Collaboration
The supplier's team was accessible, demonstrated effective communication and collaboration throughout the project, including providing clear and timely updates.
 
  • On Time, On Budget
The supplier delivered the project on time and within the agreed budget.
 
  • Value for Money
The supplier delivered a solution or service that was cost-effective and offered good value for money, based on budgetary considerations.
